2007: Partnered with McCall Design Group on an award-winning, green-building design for sustainable second-unit housing [Humboldt Association-Realtors].

2006-03: Obtained BS in Advertising Management, Magna Cum Laude & MA in Architectural Design [San José State University].

2003-99: Obtained BA in Digital Graphics, Honors [California State University, East Bay].

2003-96: With brother Wilson Tai, co-founded award-winning auto group of thirty (30) members that influenced the $5-billion dollar American franchise “The Fast and the Furious” [theguardian.com].
